The Challenge
Alaris possesses a wealth of data on buyers and deep industry insights. However, until now, they’ve been able to share this value only with clients actively engaged in their services. This limitation raised a crucial question: how can Alaris connect with prospects who aren’t yet ready for the acquisition process? In short, how can they reach top-of-funnel leads?

Understanding Users at a Deeper Level

Alaris aimed to gain a more comprehensive understanding of users and their firms. Recognizing that a lengthy onboarding process could deter sign-ups, we proposed a two-step approach: an initial onboarding followed by an optional, more detailed “business profile” form. This additional profile form allows users to receive a more accurate valuation estimate, encouraging them to share relevant business details without overwhelming the initial experience.
